After-Sales Service Policy

After-Sales Service Policy: We provide after-sales service.

  • Product Warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Any physical damage or liquid spillage is not covered under warranty.
  • For the first complaint, pickup and drop service along with repair/service will be provided free of cost.
  • From the second complaint onwards, the product must be sent by the customer to our service center (within the warranty period). Service and return dispatch will be handled by Soai India.
  • If the warranty period has expired, service will be chargeable, and courier charges will also apply.
  • If we detect liquid spillage during servicing—especially if it was not disclosed during the warranty claim—the product will be considered non-serviceable and non-replaceable, and such claims will not be entertained.
